Replace custom_base by a real path

Description
Let the user choose whatever path he/she wants for the custom_base path instead of forcing .../parent_name/name.
We should just check the custom_base is unique.
Ex: (node22 is in the project 68)
/fr/project68.html ---> /fr/travel (custom_base = 'travel')
fr/node22.html ---> /fr/travel/node22.html (no custom base)
fr/node22.html ---> /fr/super/fun (custom_base = '/super/fun')
fr/node22.html ---> /fr/travel/super/fun (custom_base = 'super/fun')
