problems during initial migrate

Using zena.tgz or git trunk
rake zena:migrate
no such file to load -- syntax/convertors/html

- Tag set to “defect”
Which version of the syntax gem are you using ?
The 'html' convertor is included in my 1-0-0 version.

- State changed from “new” to “invalid”
- Tag changed from “defect” to “defect, worksforme”
Did a fresh install and did not bump into this problem.
Probably due to missing dependencies.
