strange bug related to auto-publish

Reproduction steps:
0. site settings: auto-publish, 1 minute
1. add a document
2. (auto-published)
3. (wait 1 minute)
4. edit document, change file
5. ==> 2 versions, last published
6. destroy published version (last uploaded file)
7. republish first version
8. (wait 1 minute)
9. edit document, change file
6. ==> 1 version, publication date not changed !
