Description
When a node has public rights for everything, it behaves like a wiki. This works fine if the users are trusted, but it can easily be destroyed if a user has bad intentions. To fix these issues, we must:
Forbid deletion of nodes/versions from anonymous users (use user status for this ?) We might need to log IP, cookie ? (see how wikipedia handles this).
