Cleanup and monitoring tools

Description
A cleanup tool could be used to:
check/repair nodes consistency (cached path, inherited rights, cached pages, section_id, project_id, etc)
A monitoring tool could be used to:
get stats on disk and database usage for each site get stats on site frequentation (through apache logs) alert when something bad gets written into the rails log
