(In [997]) Fixed some bugs with recursion in 'each' (list) contexts. Started to fix comments. Refs #192(4). More work needed in controllers and for 'reply'.

(In [1001]) Comments seem to work. 'Reply to' not implemented yet in zafu. It's kind of hard to code because we need to insert the outer 'form' inside the recursive tags. As a temporary fix, we could use some js to set 'comment[reply_to]' in a hidden field in 'form' and swap. Closes #192(1).
