great tagging system

The idea is to have a super simple yet very powerful way to
- add tags to nodes
- use tag information in search queries
We also need to set/unset specific tags in forms:
set:
<input type='checkbox' name='tagged[foobar]' />
unset:
<input type='hidden' name='tagged[foobar]' value='' /> ===> false
