pages with params not working

Apache sends the cache for blog.html when asked for blog.html?page=2.

We have to decide if we want to cache pages with params. For the moment, the answer is no.

We need to fix rewrite rule in apache vhost file.

[#221 pages with params not working state:resolved]. Renamed 'url_params', 'query_params' since this seems to be how apache calls this.
