pages with params not working

Apache sends the cache for blog.html when asked for blog.html?page=2.
We have to decide if we want to cache pages with params. For the moment, the answer is no.
We need to fix rewrite rule in apache vhost file.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
(from [d47b61234a51c2c75a8b606d03cd029e229f6959]) Updated vhost config file to make sure urls with query strings are sent to cluster and static file is not used. [#221 state:resolved]. Renamed 'url_params', 'query_params' since this seems to be how apache calls this. Fixed a bug where pages with query_params would get stored in cache. http://github.com/zena/zena/comm...
