Live edit stops working if we edit a document.

 Description

While writing some text, if we add a picture from the popup window and edit the picture, the preview_id is updated and the live edit does not work anymore.

Possible solution: send the preview_id with the edit for preview.

(In [867]) Implemented "publish='true'" attribute for [add], [form], [edit], [show], [swap] and [title]. Closes #115 (1.5). Removed 'preview_id' and use node zip instead. This allows multiple editing windows. Closes #24 (0.5). Closes #114. test fix
