support dates in links

This is needed if you want to "link at a specific date in many calendars" (resource planning).

We need

date field in link
enhanced calendar that uses the link date as information
enhanced calendar to clic and set a dated link...

And then:

proper timezone support in calendar
proper date parsing from url (see Node.transform_attributes)
