Time to live defined in templates.

Description
Set an expiry time in the template. When rendering a page, we use this setting to set the time to live for the cached page.
If the TTL is not defined in the template, we do not set a TTL on the cached page. Ex: Node_index.html: TTL=1hour, Node.html: TTL=NULL...
This could be useful for pages where the normal cache expiring system (through used nodes) does not work well enough.
