Current rails revision used is 6633.
Do not forget to update svn:externals on 'vendor' and content of /root/zena_tgz/vendor/rails

Choose between Rails and Merb before updating to rails 2.x.
It seems Merb could be a much better choice for zena since we need to customize a lot of things anyway.
