move Document outside of Page

Description
From the experience gained in the past year, having documents behave like pages is bad. So the actual class hierarchy is wrong. It should be:
* Node
** Page
*** Section
**** Skin
*** Project
** Document
*** TextDocument
**** Template
*** Image
** Reference
*** Contact
