Changing version lang in edit window should change session lang

Description
What happens if we set version lang to 'en' while editing a french redaction and there exists another 'en' redaction.
Now we end up having to redactions for the same language ! Maybe, the new redaction should replace the old one.

What happens if we create a new node in the wrong language ? It should be easy to just change v_lang. If there is no other version, the only version is then the new lang.
